By accessing or using Only Apps (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate contact information (email address or phone number) when creating an account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

Only Apps offers both free and premium subscription plans. Premium subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or our web billing provider, depending on your platform. Subscription terms, pricing, and renewal policies are presented at the time of purchase.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your platform's subscription management settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled according to the policies of your platform's app store.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data
  • Use the Service for any unlawful or harmful purpose

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content (excluding user-generated content), is owned by Only Apps and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you create within the Service, such as tasks and notes.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in conduct that we determine to be harmful to other users or the Service. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. Upon account deletion, your data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Only Apps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page and updating the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
