Managing Your Account

You can manage your account directly within the app:

  • Delete your account: Go to Settings > Advanced > Delete Account. All your data will be removed within 30 days.
  • Manage subscriptions: Subscriptions are managed through the App Store or Google Play. Open your device's subscription settings to make changes.

Response Time

We aim to respond to all inquiries within 48 hours. For urgent account or billing issues, please include “Urgent” in your email subject line.
